Turn Around Times

1. Ready Made Garments:

   • All ready made garments will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
   • Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination location.
   • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

2. Pre-Orders:

   • Pre-order items are products that are currently out of stock but available for advanced purchase.
   • Pre-order items will be processed and shipped within 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
   • Please note that the specified turnaround time for pre-order items is an estimate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any delays.

3. Combined Orders:

   • If your order includes both ready made garments and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
   • In such cases, the turnaround time for the entire order will be based on the pre-order item(s) with the longest processing time.
